Newborn Vs 0 3 Months Size

Hey ladies is there a difference between nb and 0 3months.

Newborn vs 0 3 months size. I read the back of some vests i brought which are newborn and it says that it will fit up to a 10 lb baby. What if the baby is born at about 8lb they are not going to last 5 minutes. Can you please let me know your thoughts on this. So i have bought loads of baby clothes mostly 0 3 and bigger.

Will the 0 3 months be too big for a newborn. Up to 6 months. My dd was 7lb 3 oz at birth and is still in carters nb clothes. Up to 3 months.

I d recommend buying a small number of items 2 3 in each size and then stocking up once you know what will actually fit since so much depends on the shape of baby in addition to weight. I don t want to buy lots of newborn stuff and then within 2 weeks it doesn t fit the baby anymore. How does this work. As in should i get 5 sleeping gowns for each of those sizes.

It s better to buy 0 3 months but not too much i would rule out newborn clothes apart from 1 or 2 outfits. Carters are about the only clothes that fit her really well right now. Up to 7 lbs. But i m starting to worry that they will be too big would experienced mums recommend buying a supply of newborn.
